This also helps send scheduled reminders to the person who owns and maintains the assets.
User level definitions help to assign specific assets to specific vendors / technicians.
This application also helps to identify the MTBF (Mean time between failure) for the specific assets.
At the end of a specific period detailed MIS reports can be generated for Audit purposes.
